Cancellation and Refund Policy

By enrolling at Yashraj College, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation of Admission:
Once an admission is confirmed, students are not permitted to cancel their enrollment. All admissions are final, and no requests for cancellation will be entertained.
Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees paid to Yashraj College are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, examination fees, and any other charges associated with the course or program.
Exception to the Policy:
In exceptional cases where the college may decide to cancel a course or program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen reasons, students will be provided with an option to transfer to a different course or program. In such cases, if the student opts not to transfer, they will be eligible for a refund of the paid fees, less any administrative charges as deemed appropriate by the college.
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved under the exception clause, the processing time for refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks from the date of approval. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Policy Amendments:
Yashraj College reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the students via email or posted on the college website.
