The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to investigate the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box.Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge Grievance Redressal Cell.The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box. To maintain the harmonious educational atmosphere in college by developing a responsive and accountable attitude among all the students and staff.
We are always ready to accept all kind of written grievances from student and staff related to the organization.
Findings will be forwarded to the management if further action needs to be taken.
We listen, record and scrutinize the grievances submitted by the students and staff members and take necessary action immediately.
We take a regular follow-up for these kind of matters till the final decision.
If it is necessary then we maintain strict confidentiality.
We take strict action against any kind of misbehaviour for e.g., All kind of Harassment, Victimization of student, ragging, charging of extra fees etc.
We always ensure to provide a safe and healthy environment to our student and staff members in our college.
