Diploma of Pharmacy

         Eligibility Criteria:-

·       10+2 examination in Science (PCB/PCM).

·       Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination. Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates in accordance with the instruction issued by the Central Govt. / State Govt. /Union Territory.

   Documents Required for Diploma of Pharmacy –

·       10 Photo graphs (Pho to must be a recent passport size colored picture and taken against a plane light colored background.

·       Signature (Sign should be on a white paper with black/blue ball pen)

·       Aadhaar card (Photo copy)

·       Mobile no. (Same as registered in Aadhaar)

·       Email id

·       Caste certificate (Photo copy)

·        High school mark sheet (Original & Photo copy)

·       Intermediate mark sheet (Original & Photo copy)

   Course Duration: - 2 Years       

Bachelors of Pharmacy

·       Domicile certificate (Original & Photo copy)

·       Income certificate - for GEN category (Original & Photo copy)

·       High school mark sheet (Original & Photo copy)

·       Intermediate mark sheet (Original & Photo copy)

·       Transfer Certificate (Original & Photo copy)

·       Gap certificate (Only for those who have gap in b/w Inter & B. Pharm)
